TAYLORD Australian Cattle Dogs

I have been involved with many breeds of dogs since 1966, mostly gundogs in the early Years, with many show Champions, C.D.X. dogs, Obedience Champions, and Utility Excellent dog as well as a few Field Q.C. titled dogs. Showing and training dogs has always been an enjoyable challenge, as is the breeding side of the dog world, with both good and bad results along the way, with all the ups and downs well worth it.

Taylord Kennels is a small lifestyle block on the outskirts of beautiful Gisborne NZ, where I ran a small boarding kennel and cattery, in the earlier years as well as raising Bobby Calves.

Of our 3 children, my daughter Jane is the only one to have a great love of the dogs as I do, with my late Husband fully supporting us with all things to do with the dogs.

We have been extremely lucky to have made a good few visits to Australia to enjoy the Royal dog shows, and feel very privledged to be able to view the lovely Australian Cattle Dogs at a  few Specialty shows over the last  18 years or so.
